Booking and Reservations:
Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Payment: A full payment is required during the booking process to secure your ground travel reservation.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee.
Usage Guidelines:
Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and lawfully. Any disruptive or illegal behavior may result in termination of the service without refund.
Damage Liability: Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause to the vehicle during the service. Repair costs will be charged to the passenger.
Privacy and Data Protection:
Data Handling: We value your privacy. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Limitation of Liability:
Unforeseen Delays: Medol Chauffeur Services is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical failures.
Service Disruption: In case of a service disruption, we will make reasonable efforts to find an alternative solution, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Changes to Terms:
Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law:
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
